We calculates our retail pricing through deep-dive analysis’ of our wholesale tarrif costs (costs paid to our last-mile carrier networks), network traffic (costs paid for actual customer usage on our networks), and our daily overhead (costs paid for employees, rents, benefits, taxes, shipping, etc ..)
Yes, we’re a Registered Federal Canadian entity also registered with CRTC. GETUS is able to provide Internet Services due to the Federal Governments’ willingness, in partnership with the CRTC to force the large ISPs known to us as the “last-mile vendor” to allow smaller guys, like GETUS known as TPIA (Third Party Internet Access) Providers to their networks – their networks often subsidized by MILLIONS of dollars by Canadian tax-payers. It’s only fair that you – the tax-payer is offered choice!
The only cost is the first month plus a one-time $49 Activation Charge. The Activation Charge goes towards the costs associated with setting up your new service with us; including if a technician visit is required. This also covers the shipment of your modem from us which is sent Purolator Expedited, often received in as little as 1-2 business days.

Yes – absolutley. You can easily create your own bundle by adding TV, Phone service or both. Although our Internet is needed to operate either one of those two services. We recommend being on a minimum 10Mbps plan for our TV service.
